This event is not to be done under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We advise you not to do the Haunted Woods if you have heart or respiratory problems, are prone to seizures, or have a bad attitude.You will not be intentionally touched by our actors, nor are you allowed to touch any of our actors.
Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for injury or death of a participant in an agritourism activity if such an incident results from inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals.With purchase of this ticket, I acknowledge and assume the risk of participating in our offered agritourism activities.
Ticket change/Refund Policy: Ticket date or time can be changed with prior notice if inventory allows. Changes made within 48 hours prior to order date and time will incur a $5 change fee. Requests made more than 48 hours prior, will not incur a change fee. Maris Farms does not refund, but qualifying cancellations may be covered through the 3rd party purchase protection policy if selected with purchase.
I understand Maris Farms has the right to photograph guests when on the property for use in marketing. My purchase constitutes consent and use of such photography.
