I understand Maris Farms has the right to photograph guests when on the property for use in marketing. My purchase constitutes consent and use of such photography.
I acknowledge and understand this event involves traveling on uneven terrain and I accept the risk for injury when navigating on such terrain. There is an inherent risk to any activity, and I accept the risks involved and will follow posted rules to keep myself and others safe during our visit.
